We hold the company to the standard we hold the product to. If we are asking clients to trust us with the governance of their AI systems, the least we can do is govern ourselves the same way, and do it where people can see it.
So we build in public: slowly, precisely, without noise. The public portfolio has grown to seven open-source repositories: six MIT licensed and one Apache-2.0. They span pre-execution governance, physical AI, agent handoffs, durable memory, governed claims, on-device control, and the research lineage behind the product. The production system and private research corpus stay separate.

This is where the team writes down what we are learning as we build. Short notes, not press releases. Why we made a call, what a pilot taught us, where a design gave way to a better one.
